Actually its not that thing which u r thinking off its just a simple method which is avilable in ur ANDROID phone...
So,
1. Open settings
2. Click on developer option (if devloper option is not avilable then do these steps which i have mentioned below)
[FOR DEVLOPER OPTION GO TO ABOUT DEVICE AND CLICK ON BUILD NUMBER 5 OR 6 TIMES]
3. After opening developer option search in it for window animation scale,animator duration scale and transition animation scale...
4.Click on all one by one and set the speed u want of ur phone ...
